Cecil Lee Moon 1932-2110

Dear Friends

It is with more pain in my heart than you can imagine that I must tell you of the passing of my husband Friday evening. He had a massive heart attack and the damage was too extensive to allow any kind of repair. The doctors did all that was humanly possible, but, as Cec said to me on many occasions, when the Lord was ready for him He would take him, and arguing that particular issue was rather pointless.

I'll do my best to keep up Zion Beckons because it was his passion. We must fight the good fight and take our beloved country back. The loss of one voice will mean the even louder voice of one determined granny. I'll try to put together an obituary in the next few days.

God bless all of you and keep up the noise. I love you.

Dear Granny,
I am so very sorry for the loss of Cecil. It was only recently that I had the honor of his presence at my blog and me here at his...too short a is too short.

Hold your memories of Cecil close to your heart, as they will help get you through this painful time.

You are in my thoughts, dear, sweet Granny, and I am hoping you are well.

Jan, I am so sorry to hear about Cecil passing on. I have not been as diligent in my internet activity as I once was and so I am just now finding out.

I will be remembering you in my prayers.

Jan I received the following message in my e-mail. Joy had tried to leave a comment here but apparently could not do that, so she asked me to post this here for her.

Dear Jan,
I just learned today about the passing of Cecil. Please accept my deepest sympathy for you and your family.
His eulogy was very interesting and was full of the love his son felt for his very special dad.
I am sure it will be a difficult adjustment for you and I pray you will be blessed daily by our loving Heavenly Father.
In Christian love,
Joy Muir

Pam: Thank you so much. It's a shock, it hurts more than you can know. But I have a huge support system and many prayer warriors storming heaven. It will take time and my impatience will probably get in the way. But time is all I have.

Matt and Joy

Your comments are most welcome. It's so good to hear from you again. Cecil was so alive and it's going to take some getting used to rattling around this house with my dogs. It was sudden and devastating, and there was so little time to say good bye. But I have no doubt where he is and I am so glad he didn't have to linger as a cardiac cripple.

Feel free to come and visit me sometime.

God bless
